lost keycode

My new computer came with micro-works,I LIKE MICROSOFT
WORD MUCH BETTER.I CAN'T INSTALL IT WITHOUT THE
KEYCODE.IS CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY{PRODUCT KEY] the
same as the keycode,I have this and tried to install
without luck. help.............................
