When working in "Customize" I lost "Insert" from the customize menu bar.
That's the menu bar that leaves the desktop along with "customize' window
when customize is closed. And this loss is evident on the regular menu bar
at the very top of the window because there is no 'Insert' title
Working in customize, I selected Insert and pulled it down and it
disappeared.
I went all over the items and functions in the customize window. I went all
through Help and the office assistant. And I looked through the Microsoft
knowledege base for 'word for mac 2001'.
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 295403
But that article doesn't have the answer.
If possible, I would like to recover 'insert' with the customizations I gave
it. If I have to reset the whole menu, according to the microswoft fix I
will only get the default settings.
How do I retrieve 'insert'?
Thanks, Rafael
