Sorry, but what you claim to have done is virtually impossible to do - at
least by accident. Even if you were to go to the Customize dialog &
expressly try to remove the Worksheet Menu Bar the program wouldn't allow
you to do it... Are you saying that the words Excel, File, Edit, etc. don't
appear at the top of the screen?

Please don't misunderstand - I'm sure you do have an issue which needs to be
addressed, but you'll have to provide a far more detailed & accurate
description of what you believe you've actually "deleted", how you might
have deleted it (what you specifically did), and anything more you can think
of. Someone will be able to assist, but they need to know exactly what
they're dealing with.

Hi Bob:

I wish it were impossible to delete, however... the only thing remaining on the menu bar is the word "Excel" the other items, file, edit, etc., disappeared.

I was trying to customize my toolbar and had several toolbars arranged and was clicking the little dot on the top left corner of each toolbar line, then suddenly I must have clicked something similar and the menu bar was gone! I even tried reloading the entire Office program but to no avail.

Thanks for your help.
