Lost my insert menu item

Can¹t say I¹ve ever had this happen before. I could swear there was an
insert menu item in excel yesterday. Gone today. I¹m a long time Excel
user, just switched to Mac Excel. Any Help appreciated.

Hi Mark -

Could be rooted deeper, but the first thing to try is
Tools>Customize>Customize Toolbars/Menus . On the Toolbars page of that
dialog click on the name of the Worksheet Menu Bar, then click Reset.

If that doesn¹t do it or it continues to occur, post back with details.
