LOST MY OUTLOOK-TOOLS MENU-OPTIONS

I have changed ISP and now am trying to configure my new ISP POP in
OutLook. When trying to edit 'email accounts' there is no Tools menu to
select Tools/Options/Email accounts. I'm using
OutLook2003/Teacher/Student edition.

Use Control Panel's Mail applet.
