lost Office 2000 CD -how do I complete updates?

I have Office 2000 installed on my computer, but I have lost my CD and cannot
update any information without it. I understand this CD is no longer
available from Microsoft. Is there another way I can receive updates without
the CD? I am really stuck.

If you look on the updates page there is mentin of clicking on check for
updates, click on options and select Use larger update files that should not
require access to my product cd or network installation location. Hope that
helps.

But, since it's office 2000, the larger update file won't correct the issue.
The disk will still be required.
