Lost Office Assistant after upgrade to Windows7

After upgrading to Windows 7 I lost the "Office Assistant" from Microsoft
Office 2003 Standard. When I click on "Show Assistant", I get a message (The
Office Assistant requires Microsoft Agent 2.0 or later. This product is
available on the Office System Pack.
I have the Office service pack 3, but I can't find what I need.
