Lost one note icon on dektop

SP1 for Microsoft One Note incl screen clip which is an excellent feature. To
operate with screen clip you need to use the One Note Icon in the tool bar.
This has disappeared from my toolbar and I need support to get this enabled
again. Reason for disappearance may be my recent upgrade to Windows XP SP2.
