Lost Paragraph and character

i lost and can't see my character and paragraph at my word
document file,anyone can help. Thank you for your
cooperation

Can you explain a little better what you're not seeing?

1. Your document contains no text? Perhaps you inadvertently pressed Ctrl+A
and then spacebar? If the document is still open, press Undo (Ctrl+Z).

2. You are not seeing nonprinting characters? Press Ctrl+* to restore them.

3. Font and Paragraph are mising from your Format menu? You can use Tools |
Customize to restore them.
