Lost password setting after closing outlook 2002.

Hi guys.

i configured my outlook 2002 according to my ISP
instructions. Unfortunately, everytime i close outlook i
lose my password setting. I went to microsoft.down and
downloaded all the sp and patches. Does anyone experience
with their version of outlook 2002.
