Lost Password

Can anyone please help me retrieve my document from my
excel. I have forgotten my password and search the net
but most of them, you need to buy the password retriever
and they cost a lot!!! There must be a way that I can
get into my document without spending a lot of money.

Anyone, you're help will be very much appreciated.

One option could be to copy the data and paste it in a new
file.
