Lost Pre-loaded Software

I installed SP4 from the web and it seemed to go okay.
However, now all of my Office 2000 software is requiring
that I install it from the CD. I bought the PC preloaded
so I do not have the CDs.

What do I do now? I have lost access to Word, Outlook,
Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Also Norton Anti-Virus is
also looking for the original CD.

You should have received the CDs for all of the programs that were loaded on
your machine. Contact the OEM and demand that they supply you with the CDs
for the programs preloaded on the computer.
