Lost product keys

I lost the product keys for my 3 installs for Office for Mac 2004 and need to reinstall due to problems. Is there a procedure at Microsoft for recovering the product keys?

Can I call or email someone about this?

I'm looking at the CD. Is there a serial number on it somewhere I can use as proof of purchase?
