LOST PROGRAMS!

I had a theft and lost my Office Outlook 2000, and the
upgrade to Office Outlook Express. I have searched this
site inside and out, and have not been able to find out
how to get replacement CD's. All of the updates require
that you have the software to install them. I do not know
how to get replacements. Please let me know. Thanks!
