Lost .PST file of Personal Folder(Default E-mail) for Microsoft Outlook

Location:C:\Documents and Settings\pc2\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook

In an effort to remove my messages from an office computer, I have
deleted .PST folder for default e-mail by pressing sift + Del key.
Now Microsoft Outlook can't open or access to
add a new e-mail account and saying under Personal Folder Titled
window:
" could not found .pst file in default
e-mail folder"

I have run http://www.active-undelete.com/ (demo v5.1) to recover it
but its not found after scanning via Undelete software.

Can you explain how I will add a .PST to control panel's mail applet?

Thanks
