Lost .pst!!!

My wife shut down Outlook (2003) last night before she went to bed, as she
always does. When she woke up this morning, it gave her a message that it
can't find outlook.pst in the usual place. Outlook.nk2 is still there, with
other files, but no sign of the .pst. She is freaking out. Anyone with any
ideas?

Did you try a search of the entire C Drive for anything *.pst

That would be my first try.

Follow AJ's advice, but be sure to include hidden files and folders in the
search.
