Lost shared borders

I have created the website in FP2000. Few months ago the server that hasts the website has some sorts of problems and we lost some of the formatting of the website. I used theme in the website. After long conversations with the server people they reinstalled the FR extentions and that way we lost all of the navigation on our website. I have tried to go back and in the navigation view to join all of the pages back together, but on most of the pages shared borders do not show up and there fore i have no banner and no navigation bar with buttons. I don't know what to do. Could anyone please help????

Not sure what you mean by "tried to go back and in the navigation view
to join all of the pages back together". On the server?

The shared borders , etc. should still be in the local web on your
PC, irrespective of what happened to the server. Have you tried
republishing the whole site, overwriting all files. That should clear
it.

If not, they may have to delete the site, recreate a blank site and
you'll have to republish the entire site. Make SURE you have a backup
in good shape before doing this.

Actually, you might want to connect to the remote site and recalculate
the hyperlinks (Tool menu), if you have not done so already.

On the pages with missing shared borders/theme
Like http://www.charactereducationohio.org/JoinOPCE/joinopce.htm
You have
<meta name="Microsoft Theme" content="none, default">
<meta name="Microsoft Border" content="none, default">
Instead of
<meta name="Microsoft Theme" content="capsules-lena 010">
<meta name="Microsoft Border" content="tlb, default">

Reapply the default theme and shared borders to those pages and republish

Thank you so much for your help. What do you mean by republish? Just saving it again?

If working on the live site online - yes (just save)
Otherwise publish from your local to your live online site
