lost software

Question: I've lost my Office software (CD & Box), it is registered,
however, I don't know where on MS site to go. I've tried the phone
numbers but can never get through. Word, Excel & Powerpoint are
working fine, however, Entourage (Macintosh version) is having a
problem. I don't know my serial number, however, MS does have
record of this as I did register. WHERE TO I GO, WHAT DO I DO?
