Lost some function

I have Access 2002. All of a sudden when I try to import excel spreadsheets
into Access I get an error saying "Cannot Load DLL". I have reloaded and
repaired Microsoft office, but still no luck. Also and it may have been
doing this all along, It says Access 2000 Database on the header when I
create a new database. I also could not do a Lookup Wizard when creating a
lookup in a table. I get the same Can not load DLL error. I am using
Windows XP Home edition Operating system.
