Lost SPAM Folder

I have lost my SPAM Folder. I created a new Folder
but Spam is still received in my In Box.

How do I get my SPAM Folder functioning again?

Outlook doesnt have a Spam folder, it has a Junk Mail Folder, any Spam
folder will have been created by an integrated Anti Virus app
