Lost Stationary Setup

We had a network problem with outlook and I lost my
stationary set I had using a staionary called blends or
blend. I'm not sure which. How do I set up that
stationary up again using Windoes 2000 Professional? I
have a similar problem at home where I upgraded my
computer and the new one came with Windows XP home. HOw
do I set up blends on my home XP outlook program?
