Lost temporary files

S

Sterling

I was working on a document for work in Microsoft Word at one location, I
then emailed it to myself, but when I was at the next location I only opened
it instead of saving it. I was continuing to hit save throughout working on
my document and the computer froze and crashed. I am assuming since I did
not save the file and only opened it that it was being saved to a temporary
file. When the computer crashed did I lose that temporary file or is there
anyway to retrieve the file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
