Lost the synchronization button on my toolbar

Anyone know hoe to retrieve the sync button on my tool bar? It dissapeared
last week and I have no idea how to retrieve it. Thanks,

Version of Outlook? Since outlook doesn't have a sync button, I'm guessing
the addin that added it was disabled.
