Lost tool bar ribbon view in visio 2007 after started in safe mode

I apologize if this is posted in the wrong place.
Laptop came out of hibernation and visio opened in safe mode due to unknown
problem. After closing, restarting and unchecking the safe mode box, I closed
out and restarted but all I have is the 2003 view and not the new ribbon
view.

Does anyone know how to restore this feature?

Visio 2007 does not have the new ribbon that is in Word 2007 and Excel 2007.
