Lost top/bottom margin in print layout view

I was in print layout view in a blank document, and was adjusting the bar immediately above the document where the tabs etc are kept, and clicked something by mistake.

Suddenly, the cursor is now right at the very top of the page, not the margin width down from the top. Same goes for the bottom margin. Restarting word, or creating new documents, doesn't fix it. I can temporarily fix it by going to view, header/footer, then switching them back off again. But it's not permanent.

The margins are correct in page setup, but I can't see them. If I increase the top/bottom margins, the page just apears shorter in print layout view, as it's showing the typing area only.

A common problem - often turns up in this group ;)
