Lost use of keyboard left/right arrows

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Power PC

Help.
I can now only move down by pressing return when in Excel. I've lost the use of the keyboard arrows in every direction. Any suggestions? I've looked in Excel preferences, apple system preferences but can't find anything.

Hey, I had the same problem on Windows. The solution was to hit "scroll lock". Hopefully this will work for you on Mac also - good luck!
