Lost View and Insert in Menu Bar

Many thanks for this little known button that recovers the Formatting toolbar. Now, how do I get these items back--View and Insert?

First try this: Control/Right-Click one of the docked toolbars & select
Customize Toolbars & Menus. On the Toolbars page of the dialog click the
name of the Menu Bar (not the checkbox) then hit the Reset button.

If that doesn't put it right come back for other steps.
