LostFocus Event

Hi

How do you code the lostfocus event. I have a question
where I have to access a file on the a drive to check the
zip code entered on a form against the ones on the disk
and if they match then it enters the city from the disk
into a label on the form, if they don't then it should
give an error message via a MsgBox. I'm supposed to use
the lostfocus event for this? Any ideas.
