Lots of delegates, lots of problems.

Exchange 5.5 mailbox used solely for a shared calendar. Up to 10 users able
to use calendar for bookings, meetings etc. Entries are disappearing, over
writing or even double booking. All clients using Outlook 2003. Any ideas?
