Hello
I am using Outlook 2003, Windows XP.
When I write emails in plain text format they arrive at the other end with
about 20 lines of empty text after the message. As a result, if the person
tries to print the message, blank pages are printed after the message.
This does not happen for emails in HTML but for several reasons I need to
send plain text.
I recently installed the CA Internet Security Suite. That is only change I
can think of at the moment. I have tried to disable the Antivirus (which
checks outgoing emails, I think) but no change.
I also tried it with a default signature. The blank lines appear after the
signature.
Can anyone help?
