I am looking for a template to track 649 draws for a fundraiser. People pick
6 numbers and when all six numbers are picked theyh win. I need to make a
list to mark off numbers drawn from everybodys picks

I read your post from 2007 and are doing the same fundraise where you use the 649 numbers to match to a set of 10 numbers picked. Did you find an excel program to track this?

If that's all you need, just use a simple two-column spreadsheet. One with
the numbers and the other for the names.

I am not sure I follow. I have recorded the entries by name and the 10
numbers they picked. Now I am taking the official 649 drawn numbers on
wednesday and Saturday, and have to match the drawn numbers to the picked
numbers. I was trying a conditional formatting, where I placed the
officially drawn numbers in separate columns, if any of these numbers were
found in the picked number column, the formatting would highlight the cell
green. Unfortunately, conditional formatting only allows three conditions.
Here I did the condtional on the week 1 winning number of 1, it is found in 4
of the entries (they are highlighted green in excel, it just didn't copy
correctly). the goal is to be the first person with all 10 numbers drawn
progressively.
