Lotus Calendar Import

I have a calendar that I have maintained in Lotus version 5.0. I am now in
the process of switching over everything to Outlook 2007. I am not able to
get the calendar to import into Outlook 2007. I am able to export out of
Lotus the following files:

Text (.txt)
ANSI (.txt)
Dbase (.dbf)
FoxPro (.dbf)
Vcard/Vcalendar (.vcf/.vcs)
Lotus Calendar

I ahve tried each of the above files and Outlook is not recognizing any of
them when I try to run the import wizard.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
