I have been using the Lotus Notes Connector for Outlook for quite some time
now and there have not been any problems.
This morning I tried to start up Outlook and it would not open; some kind of
error message related to my Lotus Notes id file. I Uninstalled and installed
both Outlook and the Connector. Then through Control Panel|Mail I removed
the email existing email account and added a new one.
This solved my Outlook problem in that now I can open Outlook and see all of
my emails. All of my calendar appointments and deleted items and sent items
are also being synchronized with the Notes server.
However, I seem to have lost all of the info in my Contacts folder!! Does
anyone know where this went or how I can get it back?
My assumption was that it will be stored in the Outlook.nst file, however
when I try to use my old .nst file Outlook will not open. It gives me an
error message that the file is in use by another user. Outlook will only
work with a brand new .nst file. Is the Contact info stored somewhere else?
All help is appreciated.
