Lotus Organizer Imports: no

Any suggestions on importing Lotus Organizer contact files?
It appears that a double conversion (Organizer -> CSV ->
CMB) is required.

I swear the Help files gave a procedure for importing
Vcard contacts, but there is no pulldown under File Type
for VCard in the Import File wizard. After downloading
Office 2003 updates, I can no longer even find a reference
to VCard or to Lotus Organizer. It's like the old Soviet
history books- the words and pictures were changed to
eradicate any reference to deposed leaders!
