Low disk space because of log files

Hi guys,

I need help!! I am running project server 2003 on SQL server 2000. I
found out that the disk space on the project server machine is low.
When i checked i realised that log file for the project server
(projectserver_0883_log.ldf) is incredibly high (61GB) and that is
what is responsible. How can i reduce this file?

This is likely to be occuring because the DB logs are not being backed up and
therefore not being truncated.

Backup the database AND log files
Shrink log file

Ensure DB and Logs are backed up at least daily.
