low resources after serv. pak. 2 install

I am running Win98. I installed office 2000 pro a while
ago and everything ran great. I just installed frontpage
2002 along with the office service paks (now at service
pak 2) for office 2002 that Microsoft said I needed. Now
I have very low resources causing lots of problems (mainly
very slow program responses and hanging).

What can I do to either remove the service packs or
increase my resources?

Before install of frontpage resources around 65-80%.
After install of frontpage and service paks resources
around 10-30%.
