Lower case b's not printing

We have a user who printed her an e-mail and the upper
case and lower case b's are replaced with J's or blanks.

We noticed this on several of her email's she has printed
out. We thought the problem was printer but we reload
the drivers ans she the only one having this issue on the
network printer.

Any suggestion. We even tried reloading Office 2002.
