LPK - where can i get it

Hi,

i´m searching for the LPK Tool, which should be downloadable at microsoft
homepage. but the problem is, that the offical download links lead
nowhere...

can anybody help and post a working link?

unfortunately, LPK keeps getting moved. You can find it on the Visual Studio
install CD or you may try googling for it on the web - not on microsoft.
