Have installed a new LPR printer driver for small network to a SMC Hub/Router print server, so all users can access prionter via network IP port, instead of a shared printer on a "server" machine
Previous Mail Merge macro from a medical application used to print out final merge document OK, but now, printer seems to be losing a Form feed, and users have to press the continue button on Printer for document to come through. (as though you asked for a manual page feed)
Driver information appears fine (printing from Win2000 sp2, & Office 2002), and set to auto tray, correct page size of A4,etc
Any help here please?

Since no one has answered...

1. I'm not a printer expert, but it sounds like a printer-driver issue to me. I'd
try d/.l and installing the latest one from the printer manufacturer's website.
FWIW, I print over a print/server, and it works fine

2. You might also try asking in the word.printing.fonts NG if the problem rings
any bells
