To spell it out: The font comes with any of the products listed. Install the product, and that installs the font.
Or you can probably find the font file (LHANDW.TTF) on the installation medium, and copy it into your fonts folder without installing the product.

If you don't have any of the products listed, you can buy the font from Monotype for 22$:

I'm sorry, please don't think I'm stupid. I have Office 2000 and supposedly
it has lucinda handwriting but it's not in my office software. On the
website I don't see anything about downloading or copying a file.

Naw, don't worry. I don't think much at all, especially on a Friday night.

but it's not in my office software.

CD 3, PHOTODRW/FONTS/LHANDW.TTF

Have a nice weekend!

That's because you have to install it from your Office 2000 CD. Go to
Control Panel | Add Remove Programs, select Office 2000, click Change, and
then use Add/Remove Components to install all the available fonts.

Sorry, I "only" have Office 2000 Premium here, to check.
The normal version didn't have PhotoDraw, I think.
Better follow Suzanne's advice!

Good luck,
Klaus
