Luggage labels

Company trip form has a place that lets you put in how
many bags the employee is taking.

I've made a report to print luggage labels, but I would
like to encorporate the # bags. For example if Jane Doe
has 3 bags, it prints out her luggage label 3 times
before moving on to the next person on the list.

Is there an easy way to accomplish this?
