i'm brand new to mac and really want to be able to sync my m600i sony
ericsson phone to my mac book

can someone please tell me how to do it

i'm brand new to mac and really want to be able to sync my m600i sony
ericsson phone to my mac book

I don't have this phone, but I have the W810i (so I'll just assume yours
has BLuetooth and works more or less the same way).

You can't directly synch the phone with Entourage.
The System can though so you can use the following trick:

In the Entourage 2004 preferences turn on the sync for the address book
and calendar (with the System address book and calendar).

Launch iSync to make sure the phone is listed there (I assume you paired
it already, otherwise you should have an assistant helping you out in
iSYnc).
You can then setu pwhat to sync with the phone and trigger a sync.
