mac 2004 Word booklet format?

Is there a way to format MS Word (2004) so that it automatically
creates a booklet form when printed? I would like to be able to use 8.5
x 11 paper in landscape with two columns and have it automatically
adjust itself so that when it prints and is folded, the papers form a
5.5 x 8.5 booklet.

Note: Use FireFox or Internet Explorer to get to that link, Safari has a
bug that prevents it from displaying.

The manual method described by Suzanne will work in Word 2004. The Macro
methods will not, because the macros contain code that is not supported in
Word for Mac.

An old youth guy is just a guy who has been a Youth (teenagers) Pastor
for over 30 years. He still has the youthful attitude but keeping up
with them physically like he used to be able to do is now just a sweet
memory. (And no one has ever accused him of being mature at any age!)
