Mac Address Book Sync with Entourage Addres Book

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) This must sound very idiotic, but I have turned on the sync tabs on both programs, and I do not know how to actually make them SYNC.... Is there something I'm missing? When do the "merge" so to speak?

Will I loose any info from either programs?

Please help.. Thanks!

It is true that it is not as user friendly as it should. You don't get
any warning that data is syncing.
Once you have turned on syncing in Entourage itself, you should get a
warning asking you about merging data. Did you get it? If not, what
happens if you turn syncing off, then on again?

The syncing itself takes place in the background, automatically.

Is Office perfectly up to date on your Mac??

Yup, every single update has been downloaded, from Apple, to office... All!

You could try using the iSync application to completely reset sync services :-\
