I have a person that needs to read my Office XP Excel files (2002). He
is running Mac Excel 2004 and the spreadsheets do not come out formated
the way they are on the XP spreadsheets. Is there a way I should save
the file on the PC version to be read by the Mac version? Please help!
Thanks in advance :)

The file format is exactly the same, so you should simply save it as an
XL workbook.

What is different? "do not come out formated (sic) the way they are on
the XP" doesn't really say much.

You might run the XL04 compatibility checker (XL02 doesn't have it).
Check that the fonts you use are available on each machine.

I have a worksheet formated to fit one page. When he prints it out it
goes on for many pages. Seems the last column isn't fitting on the one
page. When I increase the margins and adjust to less than 100% it
will work for him. So it doesn't seem they are completely compatible.

Yes they are. I think the problem is that the PC file was created with a
different font.

Or it's being printed on a different printer?
