Mac Offixe X and PC Office 2003 Excel Compatability ???

I am running Office X for Mac on an Imac running OS
10.2.8 and frequently transfer Excel files between this
Mac and my PC laptop running Offixe XP. Since upgrading
to Excel 2003 for PC, I am having problems opening some
Mac Excel X files in the PC Excel 2003 application.

Are these two versions not compatible ? If not, is there
an add-in, update, or translator available to either
platform to MAKE them compatible ?

Hi Mike,

No translators are needed. The file format between Excel X and Excel 2003 is
the same. Without a description of what is being attempted and what the
result has been, there's not much more to say about it.

Please post with specific step by step details of what is not working.
Include any error messages that are generated.
