Mac OS X \ Entourage Question

I am using Entourage 2004 v. 11.2.3 on a Mac running OSX
when I receive a pdf file in entourage I click the file and it opens up
in mac viewer. Once in viewer I cannot print it. How do I make pdf files
open in acrobat instead of viewer. I tried association and when I click a
pdf
from a folder it opens adobe just fine. But did not change the association
when
clicked in entourage.

Also, every other program will print just fine except from the mac viewer.?

Does anyone know how to correct this problem.

I guess this is not a problem of Entourage, but a protection in the PDF
filers sent
