We have a user with Mac OS 9 and Outlook 2001. They are
unable to modify distribution lists in the GAL.
The problem we are seeing is described here:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;306349
Basically, they are unable to modify the distribution lists
because they are in a different domain than the global
catalog server that Exchange is talking to.
We are running Exchange 2003 in a multi-domain, Windows
2003 environment. The fix for this problem on the PCs was
to specify the correct global catalog server to talk to in
the registry. Is there a similar fix (or work-around) for
the Mac?
