Mac Outlook synchronizing issue

I have a Mac user who can not synchronize his calender and I get the
following error:

13:32:55 Error synchronizing message 'Updated: Lunch/Review with Ted'
13:32:55 [80000008-501-0-324]
13:32:55 The client operation failed.
13:32:55 Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store
13:32:55 4 item(s) updated in online folder
13:32:55 Error synchronizing folder
13:32:55 [80000008-501-0-324]
13:32:55 The client operation failed.
13:32:55 Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store

Any Ideas?
