mac-pc attachments

Does anyone know how I can receive attachments from Mac
users? I cannot see their attachments? I am running
Windows XP Professional and Outlook 2002 SP-1. I seemed
to have stumped Dell, Microsoft, etc. though the problem
seems to be relatively common.

Tell us more. Do you not see ANY attachment at all? Do you see an
attachment, but it has no extension, so Windows doesn't know what to do with
it?
